The Alimony Calculator 2013, Version 1.0, is now available. There are several major improvements to this 2013 version: the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and the Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT) calculations have been improved to make them more precise and changes made by the “fiscal cliff deal” at the beginning of 2013 have been included (the new Medicare surcharge has been added that taxes higher earned income at an extra 0.9% and investment income at 3.8% and the phase out of exemptions and itemized deductions have been added back to the program). Additionally, the 2013 program incorporates the 2012 SC Tax Rates and the 2013 Federal Tax Rates.
Existing users of The Alimony Calculator are being offered a discounted price for the upgrade. When you order The Alimony Calculator 2013, Version 1.0, as an existing user, CLE will cross-reference our records for verification.
