Cancellation & Refund Policy: Refunds, less $250, will be made for cancellations received in writing to Registrar at registrar@scbar.org by 5 p.m. ten (10) business days before the start of the program. You may transfer to another program date only once. Transfer fee is $100.00. If you register but do not cancel or attend, you will receive no refund. Designated substitutes may take the place of registrants unable to attend.
